NURSING PRIVACY COVER
In the upper edge of the bassinet of the carrier has a cover which has three functional positions. 1) It forms the walls of the bassinet, 2) it can be folded down to open the end of the carrier and provide face-to-face contact between baby and mother, 3) when pulled up against the shoulder it provides total cover to nurse your baby discreetly on-the-go.
DIRECT EYE CONTACT
Papoose enables baby to make important eye contact with mom and dad and to be seen .
NECK AND BACK SUPORT
Elongated neck & back support prevent baby's head from accidentally tilting backwards. Newborns, infants and especially preemies need special attention to neck support. Carrier has a 24" elongated neck and back support. Baby can remain laying down with neck and back completely supported and protected from possible bumps from outside.
The support is made of thin and flexible, but strong air craft quality plywood, which has the flexibility to gently bend under the weight of the baby yet provides natural suspension and protection. 
A resilient foam between the baby and back support provides a comfortable mattress for the baby
EXCLUSIVE SHOULDER PAD
Wide, self-contouring shoulder pad provides the same comfort as South-American Indian sling carriers. Weight is distrbuted so there is no stress on the neck & shoulder. Patent pending construction keeps the pad always wide and unfolded ready to hug mom's shoulder without the need to arrange the pleats.
CONVENIENCE AND SUPERIOR WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION
Papoose Carrier is not attached to the wearer's body with straps and buckles so it is easy to put on and remove - like a guitar.
Mom can place her baby down to sleep or pass baby to another person without waking the baby!
The weight load is distributed low on the hip level. Therefore, even if the baby is not directly attached next to the wearer's body, the weight puts less strain on back and abdominal muscles than front carriers where baby is high up on the chest level.
